About Me

I first became interested in woodworking when I started shopping for furniture for my toddler. I quickly found over-priced items fabricated from wood substitute, nothing like the solid wood furniture I was raised with. I decided to invest in some tools and start small with shelves and such and I soon moved on to larger items. I discovered my "happy place" in the midst of sawdust and power tools and the rest is history.
